Privacy and data use

We use business and contact details to reply to an enquiry, prepare a concept and do the website work you agree to. Uploaded logos and job photos are used for that website. We use an owner's face or likeness only when explicit permission is recorded.

This development demo saves submissions and uploads in private local files. It does not send emails or texts, generate AI images or publish a website by itself. Survey answers are also saved in your browser's local storage. Clear site data in your browser settings to remove them.

We count how these pages are used: page views, button clicks, form steps and how far a page is scrolled. Each browser tab gets a random id. We do not store names, contact details, form answers or IP addresses with these counts. If Microsoft Clarity is switched on, it also records how visitors move through these pages, with form fields hidden, under Microsoft's privacy statement.

Text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. If messaging is connected later, message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell SMS consent.

Real Stripe checkout, when set up, handles payment details on Stripe's service. The mock checkout shows read-only test information and collects no card details. An embedded calendar sends scheduling details to its provider.

Write to hello@example.com about access, corrections, removal, cancelling care or the 14-day setup fee refund. This is a placeholder support address until the agency settings are updated.

Before public launch, the operator must add its legal identity, a working contact address, a retention policy and production data storage. This page describes the current demo.
